First of all, I believe the ranks [Swag] and [Epic] should be switched around. Not the items obtained from it, just the rank names.
Ex. Dark Blue [Swag] After-all the server is SWAGgerCraft
Another idea would be to turn off setting homes in allied factions' territories. Even though its great to do it, its a pain when you cant ally someone because they're afraid of you setting home in their base. All anybody does nowadays are 'truces', which are broken easily. I doubt this will be done, but its still just an idea.
Another swell idea would be a /warp swagnether and /warp epicnether where only people with [Swag] and [Epic] can warp in the nether, just like the gold and diamond warps.
Finally, I believe temp-bans should be extended to 15 days. Its currently at 1 week temp-ban. At 15 days people will be auto-kicked from their faction, leaving it a chance at being raided. Its no fair for people to hack, get banned and still have their faction going on normally.
