I heard in the chat that donors can use sortal to TP to any coords? isnt that a bit OP?

I'm pretty sure that's just a rumor. LaserLag said once that somebody will have to donate $1,000 to get op (implying that nobody will get op with money) so no, i'm sure that is a fake rumor.
EDIT: I am a [Swag] donor myself and nobody can use commands like that.
