Why the server has been offline all day.

The server was crashing repeatedly for no apparent reason. No errors in the log or anything. I contacted our host and I finally found the reason:

There have been several DDoS attacks on the node your server is on. We have yet to determine which server is being targeted in particular. Do you know if they are possibly being directed at you? If so, it will help is resolve the issue.

They also said they are working on finding the attacker ASAP. Sorry but this one is out of my hands. I'm waiting for word back from our host. We should be back online tomorrow. I appreciate your patience.

Update: Just emailed the host. Asking what the best action to take is. I don't want to bring the server back on just to have it crash every minute.

Yep i had a boring day without swagger up.
-join another faction server
-had fun
-abusive admin unclaimed our land so his allies could raid us
-found enemy base
-cobbled the heck out of them
-now they have 2 cobble mountains on their base
You can raid me all you want but when you get unfair tactics you get tons of crap
lesson to learn: Don't mess with hunt (unless you really want to mess with me and i would make your day if i let you)
then
-Quit new server and looked at my server list
-swagger still down
-put head on table and stare at patterns on the wood
lesson i learned today: Life without swagger's system of good staff =

and that's how i spent my day

It's back online. Still watching for DDoS attacks. I think the host is going to monitor it.
