I want to make it abundantly clear that saying "X individual got into my base and stole all of my stuff with hacks, and I know he used hacks because my base is unraidable." will almost never result in any kind of punishment.
Why? Because we operate on proof. We don't just ban people because someone else said to have them banned.
How do we know who raided you?
How do we know how they actually got in?
Hell, how do we even know you're telling the truth?
You claim that an individual is using hacks. Is there any proof to substantiate the claim?
These are questions we ask ourselves when we look over hacker reports.
Unless you can provide us with proof of some sort, like a video, or a condemning screenshot*, then there is nothing we can do.
*note- If you provide a screenshot, it has to explicitly show them hacking. There can be no guessing as to what he's doing. Showing us a screenshot of a guy in your base does not tell us if he's hacking. It only tells us that he's in your base. Videos are far better.
